Staying relevant is the name of the game for Ny’a. She is now in consideration for a Grammy and is proof that hard work does pay off! We are super excited about the new single, You Don’t Really Love Me. The single was released on Monday, July 16,2018. Ny’a will continue to build on her musical catalog.

Ny’a made her return back to the music industry in 2015, on the Nap Vision Entertainment label, ready to make some more history, with production from Grammy Nominated producer, Kenny Black “The Music Machine”, “You Don’t Know” was released worldwide, Monday, August 15, 2016. After a few short weeks, Ny’a, found herself with yet another international hit single. “You Don’t Know” was #10 on the DRT National Airplay Top 50 R&B / Hip Hop Chart with other such artist as Rihanna, Drake, Desiigner, and Beyonce. The single also hit #3 on the Euro Charts, and World Music Stage Chart, which services over 50 countries worldwide.  As if it couldn’t get any better, Ny’a, came back with another smash hit single, “MEND” featuring Kenny Black. “MEND” was released in August 2017, and quickly proved to be the highest charting release of Ny’a’s, amazing career. “MEND” hit #1 on the European Chart in 60 countries, playing on over 1,200 radio stations internationally, and #1 on Spotify. The success of those singles made it possible for the release of her “Something for Everybody” Album on Monday, November 27, 2017 on Nap Vision Entertainment, L.L.C. The “Something for Everybody” Album produced (2) top charting hits, and (2) songs that is featured in the, Creature in the Woods Movie that was released on Summer Hill Films.

Ny’a is not a new comer to the music scene her debut album “Embrace” released on Nap Records sold 500,000 units world wide earning her Gold status in the mid-90’s. Ny’a continues that rich, timeless honored tradition of good quality music. From the much anticipated, “Embrace” debut album, to having two number one records on the R&B, and club charts including Billboard, Ny’a has created, and inspired fans all over the world. “Alright” and “I Don’t Want You” singles were hits internationally and licensed in 32 European countries. The music was only one part of the success for Ny’a. She also had the “I Don’t Want You” video in rotation nationally on BET, and the “Alright” video was in rotation in 40 markets nationally and hit as high as number 3 on the top –20 video charts internationally on Star – U.S.A. Network in Abidjan, Africa charted by the legendary Joe Webb. The “Alright” remix single, featuring rapper Chubb Rock, was in rotation on over 100 radio stations nationally and was on the Rock Da Houze movie soundtrack. The movie was written, directed, and produced by Lathan Hodge, former Executive Producer of Teen Summit on the BET Network. The summer of 1998 gave Ny’a another big single on the club charts, the “Take it to the top” single was produced by Grammy Award Winning producer, Ken Johnston, with mixes from DJ Tony V and DJ Spin. The background vocals were provided by club legends, Kenny Bohbein of Kenny, and Friends and Grammy Award Winning Singer, Sabrina Johnston, along with Sounds of Blackness background singer, Latrice Varrett. The “Take it to the top” single was the most requested club record in New York City according to Sure Record Pool.  Ny’a opened for Motown recording artist Horace Brown on the Coors Light Tour and also opened for Arista recording artist Deborah Cox live on BET.
